Organizers on TokTix can text their guests about upcoming events — new dates, ticket drops, day-of details. If one of their texts reached you, here's what's going on and what your options are.
Why did I get this?
You joined that organizer's text list — usually by checking the box at checkout when you bought a ticket, then confirming from the text TokTix sent you. Organizers can only message people who opted in; TokTix enforces that for them.
How do I stop the texts?
Reply STOP to any message. The texts stop immediately, and TokTix makes sure it sticks.
One detail worth knowing: organizers text either from their own number or from TokTix's shared sending number. STOP to an organizer's own number unsubscribes you from that organizer. STOP to the shared number opts you out of every list whose texts reach you through that number — organizers who text you from their own number aren't affected, and stopping them is one STOP to their number away.

What's the "Save my contact" link?
Some texts include a link to the organizer's contact card — their name and number, ready to add to your phone. It's optional and just means future texts show their name instead of an unfamiliar number. Nothing is installed and nothing about you is shared by opening it.
Can I reply?
Yes — replies go to that organizer, and many read and answer them right from TokTix. It's a real two-way line: ask about the lineup, the door time, whatever. Standard message rates from your carrier apply, same as any text.
Is my number shared?
Your number stays between you and the organizers you've opted into. Opting in to one organizer never signs you up for another's list.
