Halloween night on the water. The Blood Moon Party Cruise boards the Jewel Yacht at Skyport Marina on Saturday, October 31, with NYC's top DJs playing hip-hop, Latin, reggae and house while the skyline slides past. Boarding is at 7 PM and the yacht departs at 7:30 sharp — it sails without you. Back at the dock by 11 PM. Two fully staffed bars across both levels, an open-air deck, and a climate-controlled interior for when October bites. Skyport Marina sits at 2430 FDR Drive, off East 23rd Street. Costumes are the whole point here, and this crowd goes all out. 21+ only with a valid physical ID: state-issued ID, driver's license, or passport. Cash bar and a food menu are available for purchase on board. VIP tables with bottle service are available for groups of 4 to 10.
