Allow plenty of time for Halloween traffic, transportation delays, locating the Liberty Belle, security, and ticket scanning. All guests must complete check-in and board before departure. Once the yacht departs, late boarding is not possible. Costumes are encouraged but not required. Venue dress codes apply, and costume props resembling weapons may be prohibited at security’s discretion. Bring a layer if you plan to spend time on the outdoor decks. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY ALL SALES ARE FINAL, EXCEPT IF THE EVENT IS CANCELED. No refunds or credits will be issued if you arrive at the pier late, miss boarding, or miss the yacht’s departure. This includes delays caused by traffic, parking, public transportation, rideshares, difficulty locating the yacht, or other personal circumstances. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows, changes in personal plans, or denied admission because a guest is under 21 or cannot present valid government-issued photo ID. If the event is canceled, tickets will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. If the event is postponed, tickets will be honored for the new date. By purchasing a ticket, you accept these terms and acknowledge your responsibility to arrive in time to complete check-in and board.
