Celebrate Halloween night 34 floors above Times Square at RT60 Rooftop Bar & Lounge inside Hard Rock Hotel New York. RT60 features a glass-enclosed lounge, a central bar and two outdoor terraces with north- and south-facing views across Midtown Manhattan. Live DJs will set the soundtrack as costumed guests dance, drink and celebrate against the illuminated New York City skyline.
